How Secure Serve works
Serve by consent. When someone joins NetLegal they agree to service via NetLegal for any documents that they accept through NetLegal.

Select the parties to serve and NetLegal notifies their counsel via email. They can login with their user id and password.

After viewing a one page preview, users being served choose to reject the document or accept it.

The filing user can e-file the document or generate proof of service automatically for a manual filing.
