Firms can set up a positive draw down account that can be automatically replenished when it reaches a certain level. This replenishment can be automatically withdrawn from a firm’s general account using an "electronic funds transfer".

No. You will be billed month to month and can cancel at any time. Amounts billed for the current month will not be refunded as we do not prorate for partial months.
No. You can add as many users from your firm or legal department as you want. Your pricing plan is based on the number of filings you upload for service and the size of the documents uploaded for filings each month.
It is free to join NetLegal and use the free features. The 30 day trial gives you free access to a Basic Plan. After 30 days you can then choose the plan that best suits you. If you cancel, you can still continue to access the documents that have been uploaded into that case.

Yes. You can upgrade to a different plan at any time if you need to upload more filings.
You simply enter their email address when you add them and we will automatically invite them to join NetLegal. If time is of the essence, you can also serve some or all parties by fax from NetLegal.
Yes. There is an additional cost of $.10 per page for full documents served via fax using NetLegal.
